OHP had premium product and taste, but no audience. The founder had vision, but needed a roadmap to reach his destination.

He knew what he liked, but didn’t know how to position the brand in a way that would feel necessary—not just another shop with nice clothes.

The Approach

 I reverse-engineered the entire ecosystem. I started by marrying the founder’s taste with his actual personality—serious about quality, never self-serious. I then identified the market gap: a lack of culturally fluent brands that respected tailoring and had a voice.

We positioned OHP as the wardrobe of the "aspiring and refined Sigma"—the man who doesn’t chase trends, but knows the power of presence.

From there, I developed a 90-day roadmap that integrated content, Meta and Google ads, email marketing, and social storytelling—all aimed at building a brand that felt inevitable.

We built for reverence, not reach.

The System That Saved a Gym

Helped grow a $100M+ brand into five states—then kept it alive through the lockdown.

Built a livestream retention engine that protected every dollar and every job.

The Problem

Onelife Fitness was a strong regional gym brand—well funded, but with no cultural edge.

It was known in Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach, but the brand felt stale, upper-middle-class, and outdated.

Expansion was on the table. Then COVID hit, threatening to shutter locations permanently.

The Approach

 I repositioned Onelife as a modern fitness lifestyle brand—one that could attract everyone from elite athletes to social media savvy moms.

I built a new digital tone, modernized the visual identity, and developed content that made Onelife feel cool, but inclusive, energetic, and emotionally grounded.

The Outcome

Expanded brand presence into 5 new markets

Preserved over $100M in membership revenue by retaining 85%+ of dues during COVID lockdown

Repositioned Onelife from a local gym chain into a multi-state lifestyle brand with serious staying power.

Reframed scattered legacies for the digital perfume era.

Brought two artisan houses into the spotlight—earning press, international praise, and Dawn’s (DSH Perfumes) first major award.

Led social media strategy, influencer marketing, ad campaigns, brand strategy, international marketing.

The Problem

Two heritage fragrances houses were fading into obscurity during the niche perfume boom.

DSH had depth, but no momentum. Le Jardin had archives, but no clarity.

Neither was turning awareness into growth.

The Approach

I built a reverent digital strategy that rejected “stop-the-scroll” gimmicks in favor of storytelling with soul, by modernizing the voice, clarifying brand architecture, and preserving each house’s artistic core.

Then, I zeroed in on Gen Z and Millennial fragrance lovers hungry for depth and discovery—leveraging editorial and influencer ties to give both brands a second life online.

  • DSH Perfumes: First-ever Art & Olfaction Award + spike in online discovery

  • Le Jardin Retrouve´: Six-figure e-comm growth within 90 days of relaunch.
